I see many suggestions but don’t know exactly what to get. I don’t want to have to worry about taking a million tablets a day, preferably just a few and stuff I could take together, all at once, when I wake up in the morning.
Does anyone have suggestions to cover every vitamin/supplement my body/brain needs/could use to fight depression?
