Let me be more clear in my question. WHAT are the side effects? Are they long-term or is it mostly just that certain ingredients can irritate certain skin types? I, for one, do not want to pay more for chemical-free products if the products that contain chemicals aren’t going to harm me anyway.

Does anyone have a good skin care routine for oily skin? What are some good products that will help? I will consider some expensive products if they are amazing but does anyone have products that are good that come from drugstores or something not very expensive but still good? Thanks, I really appreciate it!

How can a start-up get its skin care line in retail stores?
I am in the research phase on how to get a start-up skin care line in traditional brick and mortal retail stores and have a few questions from people that have done this:
1) Do companies usually work directly with distributors or have independent road reps?
2) Are there any companies or agencies that people would recommend for either?
3) What is the percentage range that either generally earns?
4) What is normally used to "pitch" retailers (samples, lookbook of products, etc.)?
