Hey, I’m a 21 year old female [short - 5 ft tall and 90 pounds]
Personally I hate normal vitamin supplements, the flavour makes me gag.
I’m a pretty active person and very healthy eater, but I take 2 children’s flintstones vitamins a day, instead of adult vitamins.
does anyone else take kids vitamins instead of adult vitamins?
or am I a wierdo?
What are some of the best Fertility supplements/vitamins on the market?
I am not talking about Clomid. I am talking about the suppliments like FertilAid and Ovulex. WHich ones have you tried? Which ones work? How long did it take?Which ones don’t? Thanks in advance!
Instructions say to take vitamin (B12) and supplement (prostate health) with meals. Not always near food so following these instructions not always possible.
I would like to know what is your favorite store or on-line website where you purchase your vitamins & supplements.
I purchased a bottle of Omega from Iceland Health Omega online, according to her they were pretty good. I also want to get her some Coral Calcium & CoQ10. I also plan to get some for myself. So where do you recommend?
I see many suggestions but don’t know exactly what to get. I don’t want to have to worry about taking a million tablets a day, preferably just a few and stuff I could take together, all at once, when I wake up in the morning.
Does anyone have suggestions to cover every vitamin/supplement my body/brain needs/could use to fight depression?
Thank you.
Im taking a muscle growth supplement, and another pill (for health reasons, nothing big, just simple), and thinking about taking another or two vitamin/supplement to help me stay healthy. how can i tell if dangerous or will be unhealthy? or is this just already unhealthy?
Is there any foods, vitamins, supplements that burn calories / fat? Are there any foods vitamins supplements that build muscle?
I heard that vitamins, minerals & dietary supplements don’t really work. That they are worthless and you are wasting your money & time with them. Does anyone know for sure or recommend how I can find out the truth?
Thanks a bunch!!
Both my father and my uncle has had heart attacks and my uncle has also had a stroke.
I already try and follow a healthy balanced diet, and now I would like to know what vitamin supplements will be good to take to help?
Also should I incourage my father and uncle to also take supplements?
I’ve been having some weird symptoms lately, and am going to the Doc tomorrow. I’m having a blood test, but the thing is, I’ve been taking things like vitamin b-12, iron, and magnessium supplements (via my StepMoms advice.)
What I’m getting at is, I want my blood to show up like how it would every other day, how I am normally. The last time I took these supplements was yesterday. If my appointment is tomorrow morning, will the blood test be affected by these supplements?
