I’m going on a diet and will be doing an exercise plan along with my diet. Has anyone had success with a certain weight loss pill like Hydroxycut or something? I’m just looking for something that is supplemental because my main plan is diet and exercise but I’m looking for something that will give me another little boost. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Are there any negative effects of using skin care products made with chemicals?
The vast majority of skin care companies contain chemicals in their ingredients. I recently learned of one company that doesn’t use any chemicals. That led me to wonder, are there any side effects coming from those that do have chemicals in them?
Let me be more clear in my question. WHAT are the side effects? Are they long-term or is it mostly just that certain ingredients can irritate certain skin types? I, for one, do not want to pay more for chemical-free products if the products that contain chemicals aren’t going to harm me anyway.

What is the best men's luxury skin care / grooming / shaving line out there on the market?
I’m looking to try something new and need regular skin care products and shaving products. I’m done with Art of Shaving as I have used them for many years but just not getting the clean skin results I want.
What is more important for weight loss – diet or exercise?
I know the combination is important. But for weight loss – if you don’t change your eating habits at all, but start exercising, the speed of the weight loss is much slower then when you’re dieting, but not exercising at all. This leads me o believe that diet is more important…What do you think?

I have oily skin… Does anyone have a good skin care routine for oily skin?
I have really oily skin and I have no idea what to do about it. My skin is oily but I’m not acne prone, my skin is clear but it’s just really oily. Does anyone have a good skin care routine for oily skin? What are some good products that will help? I will consider some expensive products if they are amazing but does anyone have products that are good that come from drugstores or something not very expensive but still good? Im very over weight , Obease actully , But im starting my weight loss journey and i know exersize and eating healthy is the only way to go.
